Simple Sale collects information about your property and connects you with buyers, agents and services who may be interested in it. We are a referral and marketing service.

We are not a real estate broker or agent, we are not a lender, and we are not a party to any sale. We do not buy your property ourselves.

Submitting a form is a request to be contacted. It is not an offer, it does not create a contract, and it does not guarantee that anyone will make you an offer or that an offer will be at any particular price.

Any valuation, estimate or range shown on this site is an automated indication based on what you told us and on general data. It is not an appraisal, not a formal valuation, and not advice. Do not rely on it for any decision. Before selling, get your own appraisal and your own professional advice.

When you give us your phone number, the wording shown next to that field at the time states what you are agreeing to. That wording is the agreement, and we keep a record of exactly what it said and when you submitted it.

By submitting, you confirm that the phone number and email address you entered are yours and that you are allowed to receive messages at them.

You can stop messages from us at any time by replying STOP. Partners we connect you with handle their own opt outs, and you may need to tell them separately.

Program description

Simple Sale sends text messages to confirm the phone number you gave us with a one time code, and to follow up about the property valuation or sale enquiry you submitted. We do not send messages to anyone who has not submitted a form and agreed to be contacted.

Message frequency varies based on your appointments and interactions with us.

Costs

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan.

Opting out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to the number that messaged you. After you send STOP, we will send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive messages from us. To rejoin, sign up again as you did originally.

Carrier liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

You agree that what you submit is true and that you are the owner of the property or are authorized to act for the owner. Submitting someone else's property or someone else's contact details is a breach of these terms.

Once we pass your request to a partner, that partner deals with you directly. We do not control their offers, their fees, their conduct or their messages, and we are not responsible for them. Any agreement you reach is between you and them.

Do not submit false information, do not submit on behalf of someone who has not asked you to, do not attempt to interfere with the site, and do not use it for anything unlawful.

The content on this site belongs to us or to our licensors. You may read it and share links to it. You may not copy it for your own commercial use.

The site is provided as is. We do not promise it will always be available or always accurate.

To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non infringement.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including any loss arising from a sale you did or did not make, and our total liability for any claim relating to this site is limited to one hundred dollars.

Nothing here limits liability for fraud or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of laws rules, and disputes are heard in the courts located there.

If these terms change, the date at the top changes with them. Continuing to use the site after that means accepting the new version.
